Fashionable for any occasion, the Timex T2H291 silver-tone stainless steel watch features an easily readable dial with mid Arabic numeral display against a classic white dial background. It offers a full-sized, round watch case with slightly raised bezel and a supple, genuine leather strap in black. It also features water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet), 10-year battery life, and date display at 3 o'clock. With the Quick Date function, you can set the date on the watch without turning the crown for every 24-hour period. Just pull the stem halfway out, and turn until desired date is reached.
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.
It is an excellent time piece which garners plenty of compliments and works …

I’ve been wearing this watch every single day since I got it, about 3 weeks now.

Very nice watch and completely worth the price. Been a while since I’ve owned a watch and I wanted something that was very casual yet equally professional. It has a very nice weight to it barely noticeable and a great features is that it doesn’t hurt the top of your hand when you left your wrist upward.
so it’s nice having the little date thing on the face too

It’s no Rolex, but if you’re balling on a budget and your paycheck won’t let you spend $100+ on a watch, then this is the one for you. I work in retail so my workdays change and I work on weekends and stuff, so sometimes I forget what day of the week/month it is, so it’s nice having the little date thing on the face too. Personally I don’t like all the bells and whistles and don’t even know why people want a watch with 3 or 4 dials, so this one is just right for me.

looking for something easy to read

My husband is visually impaired. I dug through Amazon’s long list of watches, looking for something easy to read. Black numbers on white background works best for him. Big numbers are an absolute necessity. The indiglo is a nice bonus. Over the years we’ve both owned may Timex watches. They last forever, IMO Timex is the best you can get for your hard-earned dollars. SO, he is quit happy with his new watch.

I purchased this as a knock around when I am walking/hiking, it is a great value + so legible for my aging eyes! the case is brass + pvd plated chrome, the back pries off but you need a watch back press to reinstall So best to take to an expert for battery installation, Nice classic size about 35mm like watches in 1970/60’s, Band is pure junk and I replaced it for $2.95 on ebay with a Timex 18mm Lizard Grain Band, I chose the black face model but with White Hands, When you push the Indiiglo Crown, the hands fade out + you can hardly see them, Overall a 4+ Star Rating, Buckle marks + creases band as outer shell is brittle vinyl + being tied tight in case marks the band terribly and I didn’t like looking at the crease, Also have the 2 tone with expansion band and after 3 yrs it is still ticking and has taken a licking with no problems! Great Value + Readability!!!

I am the type that has not had a watch for years; essentially since I started carrying around a cell phone that could tell me that time without worrying about carrying around another thing. I don’t like going to the effort of carrying around something I’m not really going to use. However, I am now in nursing school, and will forever on need a watch with a second hand to take pulse and respiration rates. This made me sad. I tried to find an affordable watch that I could live with from Sears, Walmart, Target, etc, and utterly failed. If I found something that looked nice it wouldn’t fit, it would be out of my newly-married college student price range, or be unreliable. After returning two watches that I “settled” with, I decided to try my luck on Amazon.
My Favorite Watch!

My favorite watch! I like well-made, durable, BASIC stuff: Levi’s 501s, Brooks Brothers button-downs, Bass Weejuns, and a TIMEX watch. They last forever, look great, the face lights up, they’re waterproof, and they cost almost nothing. I’m on my second one in 15 years!
